Authentic

Counterfeits...Replicas...Knock-Offs...Fakes! WHY? To appear to be of value, to appear to be like the original, to deceive, etc. This is often seen with handbags, clothes, precious stones, and even with God. They follow or imitate the original.

I recently watched a video of a woman whose expertise is in exposing details to distinguish authentic designer handbags from high-grade replicas. The authentic bag cost over $2,000 and the replica $100. She demonstrated the difference between the stitching, color of the stitching, the point of contact where the fabric crossed letters and logos (how they lined up). She pointed out the significance of patent numbers and letters that traced back to where and when that bags was made. Finally, she tested the distinct quality of the fabric. This made me think of God.

Allow me to demonstrate authenticity. Starting with the letters- there is God is with a capital 'G' and there are other gods. There is God the Creator of all (Gen 1:1, Acts 17:24) and there are gods/ higher beings/the universe. There is God of the Trinity. God who is omniscient (Isa 40:28, Job 37:16), omnipotent (Gen 18:14, Job 42:2), omnipresent (Prov 15:3, Jer 23:23,24), unchangeable (Ps 90:2, Malachi 3:6), and Holy (Ps 99:9, Hab 1:13). God of love, grace, and mercy (Eph 2:4,8-9; Romans 5:8). God who sent His Son to die and save us (John 3:16, 1 John 4:9,10). These are attributes and signs to look for when searching for the Authentic God verse counterfeits, replicas, knock-offs or fake gods.

God is Authentic and can't be bought."No one can redeem the life of another or give to God a ransom for them— the ransom for a life is costly, no payment is ever enough" — Psalms 49:7,8 NIV
BUT, is FREE to all who want Him.  " He gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone..." 1 Tim 2:6 NLT
As a bonus, God offers an authentic 3 for 1 special (God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit)..

Carrying a LIE

I saw a documentary of a woman who believed she was pregnant. Her belly grew to full term, and she experienced emotional, hormonal and physical symptoms of pregnancy. She believed it to the point that it manifested in the physical. She appeared pregnant but was carrying a lie. Some of us have grown full term carrying a lie. The lies of not being good enough, not loved, sick, stuck, defeated and so on… The Enemy has made us believe, carry, protect, and nurture these lies. He is a liar (John 8:44). Today, I pray termination over the lies that we carry. I pray that all negative seeds, empty sac, and after birth be aborted and healing be applied to damaged areas by the love of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. “Casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].” 1 Peter 5:7 AMP #LifebySabrina

Know Who You Are!

A children's movie from the early '90s portrayed a puppy who was separated from his family and taken in by a family of bunnies. The bunny (rabbit) family made him a part of their family. The puppy lived, played, ate like, and acted like the bunnies. He began to mimic the behavior of his new bunny family until the other animals in the forest began to call him the 'bunny-puppy'.  The puppy began to get weak and sick. The bunny family took him to the doctor and discovered that the problem was that he needed to be nourished and cared for as the puppy that he was.  You may become temporarily displaced, off track, or confused about your identity, destiny, or calling. You may have spent years functioning as someone else, something else, or somewhere else.  When you Know Who You Are, you will begin to live YOUR life. Remind yourself of who you are.   I am loved (Romans 8:38,39). God has a plan for my life (Jeremiah 29:11). I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psa...
